Si Se Puede! We're on Telemundo

As you may recall, Steve and I were on Telemundo a week ago for a special Spanish language news report about the circus school. We saw the broadcast but then Steve found a copy of it online.

It's very exciting. You get to see a bit of me doing muscle work and then some partner work, and there's a great zoom shot from Steve to me. But you get some really great footage of Steve doing a "stingray" and various other moves.

I have absolutely no idea what they're saying. Our cleaning lady saw it and said it looked fun. And our friend Mary who reads this blog will understand. In fact, I'm betting her mom saw it. So Mary, when you watch the video, let us know if they make us look silly.

You were in their "WOW" section!

No, they didn't make you look silly, they were super jealous! It was a very cute story actually, starting with "When you sat and watched the acrobats doing their thing at the circus (I'm paraphrasing), didn't you ever dream of doing the same? Well now you can..."

They go on and on about how it improves your balance and tones you, burns the "grasa" (fat) and apparently, and this is one of the last things she says: keeps you from deforming with the coming of old age... and no, I have no idea what that means.

I'll ask my mom if she saw it. :)

Ahh... they are trying to say that it keeps your bones and muscles strong, so you dont get the hunched over / ostio frame.
I just made a co worker watch and translate for me. :)
